Issue receiving calls and trying to call

Hi guys 

So I bought this Asus ROG phone 6 Ultimate and I was at At&t and so they struggel to get my phone making a call and it just CALL ENDED. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Maybe you accidently select 4g option only but your area not support VOLte
