Dual volte ?

Hello , 

I have 2 jio 5g sims and 

For some reasons only sim 1 is using volte sim 2 is basically dead no sms no call because no volte , OFC I have enabled volte for both sims , 

Also interchanging sim then again only sim 1 is using volte and sim 2 is again dead .

Even turning off sim 1 completely still no volte no calls no sms only data .

Removing sim from port still same no volte no calls no sms only data

Any solutions or sim 2 is just for showcasing in Rog 8 pro ?

So you have 2 sims from the provider i see. But do they share the same phone number or are they 2 different numbers?

2 different numbers, also if I take out sim 1 , even then sim 2 won't work alone so I guess hardware issue ? Since I have swapped sims and it will only work on slot 1 .
