Convert rog phone 6D CN to WW

I recently got my hands on an ROG Phone 6D from China, and I'm looking to convert it to the WW (Worldwide) firmware. I've heard that it's possible, so I searched on the internet, but I couldn't find any official global raw firmware or a real tutorial for a complete conversion. Some have told me to unlock the bootloader, while others said that I must unlock it. I also asked for help at the Asus service center, but they said they can't assist me because it would void my device's warranty.
Can anyone help me with the conversion, please?

if is official firmware i dont think you need to unlock the bootloader you just make clean install and thats is everything unlocked bootloader is needed if you root the phone for clean instal i think is not nessesary

I managed to convert it to WW and everything work well but in order to do manual update, i need to root the phone and change the fingerprint version from cn ro ww with root explorer.
The issue is that asus unlock tool don't work anymore, they say that it is in maintenance and i don't know how else i can unlock it
