لم احصل على اي تحديث لدي اندوريد 12 الكل لديه نظام 13 لماذا هاتفي  rog phone 6d

I would recommend to write in English, that way can more users join in the conversation. Regarding your issue the phone should update normally unless you managed to get a flashed version that was originally meant for the chinese market, they do not update normally.

If this is your case then I'd recommend you to contact your reseller and ask for an ROG Phone for your area.

I bought the phone from China and it was received in my area in the state of Yemen, but I did not see any update at all on my phone even though it is a new phone. I hope you can help me
