Where can i get WW/EU_33.0610.2810.159 firmware update, no update from asus download center, where can i get an update? if there is no update, how can I update to Android 14

My phone bootloader is lock and not rooted.. can get manual update..?

@Deqauto That's odd, send me a PM with serial number and IMEI number and will be able to ask the team to check if there are any issues.

There are some people selling rooted phones sold as "global" without support, OTA or warranty and not mentioning it, which is causing a lot of issues with automatic updates.
