What's wrong with this phone, I only open games Moonlight Blade M with background mode, device is very lag and SystemUI isn't responding!!!

If you are experiencing these kind of issues with Android then I would strongly recommend to do a factory reset.
You can do this by going to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.
Let me know if this solved your issue, please remember to do a backup of all your files as this will erase your phone.
