Rog phone6 notifications on some applications not working

Halow, on some applications I noticed that my notifications are not activated but before I was receiving them...but when I decide to turn them on again It's auto turn them off instantly and say this

"at your request android blocks the display of notifications from this application on this device"

But the fact is I've not even requested this so what's wrong...

Hi

For gmail example

1) Open Main Phone Settings
2) Apps and Notifications
3) "See All 143 apps" (your number will be different)
4) Scroll to and tap Gmail
5) Screen says "<- App info" at the top. Tap "Notifications"
6) Screen now says "Settings" at the top, and has the toggle switch "All Gmail notifications" in a NOT greyed out, but blue, bar. (Looks similar to the greyed out one reached from inside the app's own settings, but this one actually worked!)

Halow its happen on 2 mobile game call Magic rush heroes and Heroes Evolved.
