I just got this ROG phone 6 which I paid almost $1500 for and the phone is having the same issue in this thread which was recently resolved with an update that was released weeks ago!! I don't know what to do at all with "My exciting new phone" which has NO SERVICE due to VOLTE greyed out which you cant anable it anywhere in this ANDROID 12 . please get back to me as soon as possible I've been a customer with ASUS since ROG PHONE 1. this is very frustrating... here is the link for the thread.

Good news for US users, more than a few days or weeks to wait, ROG 6 and ZF9 are now FCC certified, US operators should soon approve them.

@Jay ROG6 I'm having the same issue. When I first got the phone I called AT&T to get a SIM and they wouldn't just send me a SIM, they insisted I give them an IMEI of a device. They said my ROG 6 wasn't compatible, so I went to T-Mobile who did not require an IMEI to send me a SIM. Worked fine, I had 4G/5G and could make calls. Problem was that randomly it would drop to EDGE network and while I could make/receive calls, mobile data didn't work. After a couple of tshoot calls, I got nowhere. Reached out to the vendor and they were 0 help, told me to try a different carrier. I looked on the AT&T website and found I COULD get a generic SIM so I did that. Mobile data works fine with 5G signal but can't make/receive calls. Tshoot with AT&T was just as useless and they again said my phone wasn't compatible. Wish I had found this forum earlier but I have already factory reset it and boxed it up to send back and get a refund. Haven't actually sent it yet, so I may wait, but since it's already factory reset (and boxed up to boot), might as well just send it back and get the refund.
