ROG Phone 6 bug camera

hallo asus,
I want to ask about my rog phone 6. I have a bug problem with the camera, where sometimes the front camera works. but most of the front camera buttons disappear and the rear camera goes to 0.5 automatically which makes it blurry. if the front camera disappears, the rear camera automatically blurs.
The front camera can be used in the WA application and several other applications, but the rear camera will still be 0.5 and blurry.I have tried the smmi test and saw the results were problematic. Can you help fix the bug?

I apologize for the inconvenience.
Your issue sounds like a camera module failure, this has to be checked by a Service Center as this is not something that can be adjusted by a firmware update.

asus will swap out the motherboard but It will happen again in time as they don't have an actual fix for this so if its that big of a deal breaker you're better off getting a new phone
