Rog 6 Game genie keep not working

Does anyone have same problem like I'm just downloaded PUBG mobile and I tried to add it on game genie game list and when I click it it's say try again I already reset so many times but this issues still happening pls if anyone that have the same problem as me pls tell me how to fix it

it works! though i have to reconfigure everything all over again but nevertheless

I can't click the game genie it wil automatically close, how can i fix this?

U can type on the setting search bar

Search game genie

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the game genie information

And then delete the all the storage and restart ur phone

My game genie ok after follow the mattius asus instruction..you click many time in the setting until the message pop-up app isnt working..and you choose setting and clear cache and storage.
