To everyone still with the same issue, I have some more detailed steps here that seems to have solved the problem, I do recommend force closing the app before doing the cache and storage clearing.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check Network Connection:

- Access Settings:
Open your device's settings and navigate to "Apps & Notifications."
- View All Apps:
Under the "Recently opened apps" section, select "See all apps."
- Show System Processes:
Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner and enable "Show system"
- Locate Game Genie:
Find and select "Game Genie" from the app list.
- Clear Storage:
Go to "Storage & Cache" and tap "Clear storage."
- Advanced Feature Settings:
Return to Settings and navigate to "Advanced" > "Game Genie." Ensure that notification permissions are enabled.
- Restart Your Device:
After completing the steps above, restart your device.
- Verify the Fix:
Once restarted, go to Settings > Advanced Features > Game Genie. Tap "Manage Game List" to ensure the game list is displayed correctly.
