Rog 6 Game genie keep not working

Does anyone have same problem like I'm just downloaded PUBG mobile and I tried to add it on game genie game list and when I click it it's say try again I already reset so many times but this issues still happening pls if anyone that have the same problem as me pls tell me how to fix it

Thanks God. Already can use. Just search Game Genie in setting.

Then scroll down. The last one, go clear cache n storage. Then restart your phone.

It's simple .. cracked it ... open the armory crate>game library>under the game select the scenario profiles > air triggers : used as preset. Voila ... open the game and the genie is available
