Region/Country setting

Rooted or not: Not

Frequency of Occurrence: Every time

So, not my phone is the problem, but the fact that if i try to change my region/country to Romania, it just says that it can't save that change. Why? And how can i change it to Romania? xD

I got the phone from PC Garage - Romania.

Attached is a photo of my settings from MyAsus. When i try to save with Romania as country/region, it says "Modificare nereusita"
