Network issues

I am currently having issues we're my phone is dropping network connection and says emergency calls only, and the only way to get connected to the network again is to restart my phone. I have tried resetting my network settings and my phone is updated to Android 13. What else can I do to try to resolve my issue?

LIKE WISE on this issue.. mine is a little worst.. itll connect when restarting then drop signal
