Hello @Lontongragna95,

It sounds like your ROG Phone 6 is experiencing some serious thermal management and battery issues. Here are a few steps you can try to address the problem:

  • Update Software: Ensure your phone's software and firmware are up to date. Sometimes, updates include fixes for overheating and battery optimization.

  • Clear Cache and Unused Apps: Over time, background apps and cached data can strain your phone. Clear the cache and close unnecessary apps running in the background.

  • Check Settings: Reduce the refresh rate, lower brightness, and disable high-performance gaming modes when not needed. This is particularly helpful if you’re playing resource-intensive games, like a soccer game, as they can increase device temperature.

  • Inspect Charging Habits: Use the original charger and avoid charging your phone for prolonged periods, especially overnight.

  • Monitor Usage: Use a system monitoring app to identify if a particular app or process is causing excessive heat or battery drain.

If the issue persists, it might be a hardware-related problem. I recommend reaching out to ASUS support or visiting an authorized service center to get your device inspected. They can help identify any deeper issues and provide a solution.

Hope this helps!

Hello! It sounds like your phone is experiencing some serious overheating and battery drain issues, which can be frustrating. Overheating can occur due to heavy apps running in the background, a faulty battery, or even system updates.

If you're playing games like all bikes unlocked mods or similar, they might be putting a lot of stress on your device. Here's what you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Check for background apps: Close any unnecessary apps running in the background. Some gaming apps, especially mods like all bikes unlocked, can use up a lot of resources.

  2. Reduce graphics settings: If you’re gaming, lower the graphics settings in the game to reduce the strain on your phone.

  3. Update your software: Ensure your phone’s software and apps are up to date. Sometimes, updates fix bugs causing overheating.

  4. Battery health check: Visit a technician to check if your battery is damaged or needs replacing.

  5. Cooling solutions: While bringing a fan cooler is creative, it’s better to avoid playing games for long periods or charge your phone while using it.
