im having microphone issues with my phone. People cant hear me on the other end and the sound recorder doesnt record any sound and also no sound when i make a video. sometimes the mic would work, but most of the time and randomly it'll stop working again. i've tried restarting the phone and factory reset and still the same problem. ive seen some people with this issue as well and would love to know if anyone knows how to fix this, im getting very frustrated and impatient because i spent a lot of money and bought this phone brand new. im originally a samsung user and decided to try something new and this happens... please someone help, thanks
