Missing my family because my camera isn't working anymore for video calls

well am getting nervous, I work in another country away from my family 

And now my Rog6 just bootloops everytime, like the phone itself is working on hopes and prayers. 

i cannot many video calls??????? i worked HARD TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT???????

AND YOU CAN'T FIX THE CAMERA ISSUE?????????????? I HAVE NO WORDS

OKEY WELL ASUS TELL ME YOURSELF  HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO VIDEO CALL MY FAMILY?????? ???????

it's been 5months i haven't made any video calls

the majority of the time the phone would just bootloops 

today is my mother's birthday which of course i wished that I COULD SEE HER ((((VIA VIDEO CALL)))) BUT THANKS TO YOUR NEW UPDATE THE PHONE IS NOW UNUSABLE

What they can reply when they know what mess is in the company and how updates broke the camera and make a phone to restart and the most fun thing is that happen when warranty if end 😄

I understand your anger and I do apologize for the troubles.

But there is not much we can do here from the forums if your device has a problem with a component and goes into bootloop.

This is why I recommended the service center as they can look at the phone and see what could be causing the issue, as they have equipment to investigate what the issue is and repair it if something has gone wrong.

@Mattias_ASUS as i mentioned earlier GOING TO THE ASUS SERVICE CENTER WON'T FIX IT THE PROBLEM EVENTUALLY COMES BACK
