How to make a custom theme for ROG Phone 6?

I highly value customization, and while the ROG Phone 6 has some nice options, I would really prefer to make a theme myself. I tried searching for where I could possibly get started but I have come up blank so far. If anyone knows about this it would be immensely appreciated.
