haptic feedback always active after latest update 33.0610.2810.104

after the latest update i found the haptic feedback turn on even the option was not activated/off...but after try to set it on n off again it finally off but still active on my screen lock when unlock it using pattern

I'm pretty sure it's just by design, mine does this too now
