Yes. I have the thumbprint problem too. It always prompt me the message of "Finger moved too fast. Slow down and try again." No matter how many seconds I leave my finger there or how sloth I'm, its not going to work.

I have tried to clear cache yesterday, I still can't use the back camera, but I can switch it to front camera after take. However, today, the black screen come back again.

The very exact same problem that i had (unfortunately) and there is no workaroud. You need to report it to asus asap if it still in warranty since it is a board problem and needs to be replaced. Disappointing that we had these problems in less than a year and their service sucks so much. Good luck to us.

I confirm. I sent the phone for assistance and I was called back because the problem was related to the motherboard and they asked me if I wanted the repair or replacement with another phone. I am awaiting their response
