ANGLE rendering

I heard this feature can reduce gpu usage until 30% and also reduce heat, but why i can't enable it? I would very appreciated if someone care to explain to me about this, thanks.

Check the documentation.  It's strictly a development tool now and it needs root commands to set it up.

Docs also say it's an abstraction layer to translate OpenGL ES commands.  There wouldn't be any speedup unless you were on a device without native OpenGL. (Windows)
