Don't waste your time listening to keren, I suspect it's a robot or a blonde, she saw the firmware rev .86 = update, the 99999999999999 wifi/hotspot issues requiring the change of motherboard are not enough to reliable diagnosis.
Firmware .86 (the best by the way) and no update available indicates that it is a Tencent Game with unlocked bootloader and global rom.
So, no support or gesture from asus to expect, you can try to contact the seller or a service center for an estimate (change of motherboard), expect an amount of 60 to 80% of the price of the phone and a breakdown identical in the following months
