Wifi and hotspot stopped working

After a restart rog phone 5 wifi and hotspot stopped working.

If the WiFi/Hotspot is not working even after Factory reset and installing the latest software version. 
For now, request you to please visit the service center. Please share the RMA via PM if you have any issues during service or any issues confirm via PM as well.

As per your suggestion I went to the service centre, they suggested me Android downgrading to Android 11.
Should I proceed or wait for updates from Asus.
