WIFI and HOTSPOT NOT WORKING

Still not working after update. Wifi cannot detect other wifi and hotspot is cannot turn on.

Wifi and hotspot is not turning on after the update 33.0210.0210.221

Tried factory reset,downgraded to Android 12

But the issue is not resolved
