wifi and hotspot arror

i have a problem activating wifi and hotspot after activating it will turn off by itself in a while, i have done the network reset option but it still doesn't work, i have factory data reset but still can't, now i take it to Asus service center and they say that asus rog phone 5s does not support android 12 and if it is updated to that version it will cause problems,
previously I have updated to android 12 and before a few weeks this problem occurred, I forgot to record the problem but the hotspot and wifi will turn off after a few seconds of turning it on
