Force restart on and volume+- seems to work for other users, if it works, don't plug an accessory into the side socket, don't let the device go to sleep
(configure the rog 5s so that it stays on with the charger plugged into the usb-c socket at the bottom) and check if the update is available, a new firmware (.192) is at the start of the broadcast to solve this problem.

Bro I had same issue . I was using my phone only for gaming and while gaming use bypass charging. And auro cooler working some time I though this was auro cooler issue after some days I full charged device and try cooler and it working fine . actually When battery is below 10% auro cooler stop working may be this is battery saving feature.
