UI glitches?

I am using:

1. Model Name: ROG Phone 5
2. Firmware Version: WW_33.0210.0210.242
3. Rooted or not: Non-rooted

When Settings > System > Developer options > Smallest width is set to 600 dp or larger and  the status bar is pulled down, one more set of system icons appeared, as shown in the attached.

Will there be any fix to the issue?  Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Please try the following steps:

1. Clear the cache of System UI.
2. Restart your phone.

If the issue persists, consider resetting your device using the instructions provided in this FAQ: Reset Instructions

I have done the two steps.  None of them worked. 

Update

Just tried a ROG Phone 8 pre-installed with Android 14 at a local retail store and did not encounter the issue.
