Steady/ Ultra Steady charging doesn't work

For unknown reason, slow charging seems doesn't work for me since i bought the phone. It still charge at 65w even though I already set it to 30/18w. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Device : Rog 5

I'm on latest firmware and slow charging and 80% limit work fine. So not everyone has this problem?

It all depends on the device actually, as for mine only slow charging doesn't work but 80% limit work fine.
