Shuttering Game play on 90fps After Motherboard Replacement

ROG 5 12/256 playing BGMI Heavy Shuttering and to much of lag .If my screen Recorder Setting 1080p-quality high-60fps Recording Footage is here

I also tried Your Settings it goes 2.84 ghz randomly .But Shuttering is again it's like a hardware issue. I accepted the device is only get half performance.See the video shuttering...

Can you please explain in detail what do you mean by shuttering?
I don't see anything different in the video because you are recording the video in 30 FPS, so the video and the gameplay video feels laggy.
This is what stuttering looks like, the game freezes for 1 or 2 seconds.

This is the settings that I am using right now.
I followed this guide to change the settings. (Remove spaces)
I am still experimenting with the settings and it's not perfect for now but I am able to achieve 2.84GHz and the temperature never went above 50C for me with the cooler while with my Original motherboard it goes up to 55C with X-Mode On.

Hmmm..... this is weird. Why did my old post suddenly post it self automatically on Page 3 all at the same time stamp 12:14 P.M?
The last thing I remember commenting was calling the ROG Phone 5 a piece of Sh*t gaming phone, because this phone is full of bugs and hardware issues.
Is this the moderators trying to hide my comment because you can't handle the truth? lol
Instead of replying to the issues and coming up with solutions, you try to suppress anything negative about the phone.

It's called spam filters. It can happen time to time as it did for me. Moderators here are not moderating your comments 24/7. In fact, it's the other round, they usually let people freely express themselves as long it doesn't cause disruptions in a thread by going off topic and of course, going offensive and abusive.
