Gustav_ASUSYes, I already did factory reset on this one, thrice. Still the same. That is what I am also thinking. If I have time, I will be visiting one. Also, please give m update if there is something wrong you found. It helps me save time going to a service center. Especially now with the pandemic. Thanks @Gustav_ASUS@ghyzriellgalez06 If nothing improved by performing a factory reset, contacting a local service center would be the next logical step to rule out any hardware damage.
