English only. Go system settings -> apps & notification -> see all xxx apps -> change to see all system apps and search for game genie. Enter game genie app info -> storage & cache -> clear storage

You could try the same process with armory crate.
But before all this, please always try with a restart of your phone first. It can solve a lot of weird issues
