Frequency of Occurrence: Always. Suddenly Stopped Working
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Not Related to App
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Ruddenly wifi stopped working and Hotspot shows error.
Restarted
Reset Netowork Settings
Prayed 🥲
Did not do factory reset as I have seen enough people saying it does nothing.

Visiting Service center today. Called them before hand and they said Data no assurance. Took Backup.

Then did a full factory reset. News flash. No Change. Same issue persists.

Going to service center today. They said no parts are readily available. Phone needs to be submitted and it may take 1/2 weeks.

So people, make sure you have a backup phone even if you buy a flagship device. Should have stayed with OnePlus. Worst experience.

Take it to Service Center directly brother. Before that Take data backup of everything on your phone and after that do a factory reset. If you are lucky and 1/10000 cases then it might work.
They won't replace the product entirely but only parts. In this case what I have been hearing is the motherboard might be replaced. But can't say for sure if that will be case every time.
I visited the service center yesterday and they gave me following timelines.
If Found Software Issue : 1/2 days
Any Hardware issue: 4/5 Days
Any parts/Motherboard need to be replaced: Depends on parts availability. Apparently ASUS service centers do not have parts available readily.

True That. I have used OnePlus X, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 7. Never faced any issues with the phones. Not even once visited service centers.
Got into E-sports in Call Of Duty Mobile and wanted a phone with better display refresh rate (90/120 Hz). Was confused between ROG 5 and OnePlus 9 Pro. Should have bought the 9 Pro.

I did visit the service center. They could not give a specific turnaround time. They said everything depends on parts availability. Please fix this. It is 2021 and no one likes to buy a 50K INR phone and then wait for 2/3 weeks when anything happens. Worst After Sales Service.

How to send you the RMA number? It's been 5 Working days and I haven't got a single update from the team. How will you guys grow if this kind of things will keep on happening?
