I need help updating my rog 5 tencents edition. I would like to unlock the oem and I tried the app but I keep getting and try later and it never goes through. I've looked around to see if I can do it online but they are all out of date and can't do it through my PC either. Oem unlock isn't in the developer option in setting. May I please get some help from anyone on how I can unlock oem to try and update rog phone 5. Android 11 doesn't seem to work in California and I don't get calls or text messages.
