Rog phone 5 sound doesn't come out in the headphone jack

why is my rog phone 5 after updating android 12 so it can't use the headphone jack?
so when using the headphone jack the sound doesn't come out in the headphones.
is this a bug? where should i report this? which side of asus? should i downgrade to android 11? please quickly solve this problem

You can write about it here, just remember to fill in the information such as firmware version and the rest so we can check it 🙂
I would personally try turning Bluetooth off to see if there is anything connected that might be used as an Audio interface, also check in case your headphone jack has any dust in it, it sometimes can create issues if it's not clean 🙂
