FunBike31@FunBike31 they really need to improve their customer service and after-sales support worldwide. In the Philippines people are actually turning to local unauthorized service centers instead of bringing their devices and products to the authorized ASUS Service Centers because of bad customer service, very long wait times and they mentioned very expensive charges for those without warranty.LaurelParas ,don't worry, there is no ASUS moderator on weekends
