Wifi & hot spot not turning ON. After updating Android 13.

i have the same problem, my phone suddenly turned off and when i start it back up i cant turn on the wifi

I want to downgrade from Android 13 to Android 12.

its funny that everyone have this problem after upgrading their android version, mine still on android 11 when it happen and i always turn the auto update on so idk how im not on android 13 yet... my phone connected to the internet 24/7
