Rog 5 tencent edition does not support aeroactive 6?

I have a rog 5 tencent edition and recently i buy aeroactive 6 but it does not work at all. I plug it in and nothing happen, my phone already have the android 13 lastest update. Does anyone know how to fix this???

Hello @Kisei 

Please do the following: 

Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile manager -> Cleanup -> Clear chache files.
Long press Armoury Crate app icon -> App info -> Storage & cache -> Clear both.
(Step 2 will reset all your settings in Armoury Crate.)
Reboot your device and connect the AeroActive Cooler.

If it does not work, please contact a local ASUS service center.
