Hi, does anyone had a problem with system update ? For some time i was not abled to update system , when i tried to update it manualy by downloading a firmware , i was not abled even than to update it. Anyone have a clue what a hell is going on ?
It all depends on what you are trying to do. In short need more details and specifications like: what is your current firmware version and with what you are trying to update with. What is the update you are talking about manually download firmware it's version details and all necessary details of that file and method you are trying to update.
The only way you can update is following the order: A11 > A12 > A13. One cannot jump from Android 11 to Android 13. The A13 update you find in the download center won't upgrade if your version is A11 unless you have A12 then only it will work.
