ROG 5 FREEZING - SYSTEM UI ISN'T RESPONDING

Firmware Version: LATEST 2109.188
Rooted or not: NOT ROOTED
Frequency of Occurrence: EVERY 5 MINUTES
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): SYSTEM UI

So every 3-5 minutes phone is getting freeze and then it shows system ui isn't responding and then after 15-20 seconds kt works fine.
I restarted phone, but problem still persist. I already replaced my motherboard because of wifi and Hotspot issues.
I have not installed any new app or malware... my phone bootloader is locked and phone is not rooted
What is this new issue now? Please help.

After i replaced my motherboard, 2 weeks later.

If there has been no drop or overheating, this is what we call a gougnafier job that the service center has done for you, more than to go back and test for a long time on the spot.

I am facing the same issue too..Don't know what to do with the Phone...Always there is a System UI Crash. @ARP_ASUS Please Help..
