regarding wifi and hotspot issue

i have rog 5s recently i noticed spontaneous restart of my phone 1 week back now my wifi and hotspot are not turning on .i have tried everything and nothing works 

kindly give solution for my problem if anybody has one

and its unfortunate to see this widespread issue not sorted yet
