Paid theme but no download button

Hi,

I am a ROG phone 5, I purchased a theme Blue Lotus it is already charged to my cash account and paid but unfortunately I cant download the theme.

Has your phone been updated to the latest firmware version?

If not, please update it.

Additionally, you can try clearing the cache by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps & Notifications.
3. Select ASUS Launcher.
4. Go to Storage.
5. Choose Clear Cache.

Thank you for your answer, I made all that you sugest me, but the problem is not solved. Unfortunatelly, still this theme is not available to download. Thank you anyway.
