No update to android 12

Hi! My Rog Phone 5 not find update to Android 12 ,it works with Android 11 .It says "your sistem it's up to date ".Help me pls ,the file for manual update it's no more on the oficial site  apaiute05@gmail.com my mail

Is there anyway we can do since we not able to get update automatically? My phone was fine when using Android 11. Then I try to use Android 13, but after certain period, my RGB light, my network start to show abnormallity. I would like to get it back to Android 11, or maybe there updated version of Android 13 that more stable. Why we are not given the option to downgrade it back? You should give us some solution man.
