Low sound after updating

After updating Android 13 sound is very low in loudspeaker and in listing music.

Plz help

Go to the setting>sound & vibration>volume adjustment mode and change to stock android. Or just a little bit improvement, untick "sync. wirh volume key" on the right side of volume adjustment.
