Frequency of Occurrence: everytime even after get repaired from Asus service centre
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): internet and call from sim in phone

Please try the below troubleshooting and confirm:
Try the same SIM in a different phone or different slot
Change location and check
Try a different SIM
Restart or reset once
