I can't charge my phone up to 100 it gets stuck on 99 because of this I can't calibrate my battery

The issue with my phone is when it reaches 17%, it will die. I can't turn it on and it doesnt boot up anymore. Also i only have one phone 😅, i need this phone for daily usage and the tutorial wants me to charge it for 6 hours in a turn-off state which is not viable for me. But i will try to let it die completely and charge it to 100% for several time for the next 5 -7 days and see how it goes. Thanks for replying kind sir.

I appreciate not everyone has two or more phones, but it will hopefully get to solve the problem for you by doing it properly.
