I also facing same issue. For calibration use mobile till turn off then charge your mobile. Do this 3 time.i did this but not check mobile charge to 100% Hope this issue will solve.

By the way I'm also facing the same problem. My phone won't reach 100% and it shut down automatically at 17%

Please confirm the below:
Software version - Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
Let me know how much time have you kept the phone on charging after it reaches 99%
Are you using the default charger provided inbox
Try on down and side port
Check under Safe mode
Frequency - This happens always or it is intermittent
