how to refund in indonesia

after reading so many complain here , i want to refund .
so admin or mod here please answer my question , my phone right now allready in service center but still not got the update . so i want to make a refund , bcause if my phone got motherboard change it suck . i just use this phone for 4 month , from augst . my problem is same wifi cant turn on after sudden restart . thanks
