So your using Elgato 4K60 Pro not Elgato HD60 S+ and any type c to hdmi adapter will work

Im not using elgato. But the 4k60pro will yield the same result.
Not any type-c cable. It has to be hdmi 2.0 or better and it needs to have the connections needed for phones. Some cables only work on notebooks.
I would love to recommend my equimemt but sadly its cheap rebranded stuff, so i cannot find it online to.give you links.

I am not sure its 120fps since rog phone only support 90fps (120 only on loading screen) 😁

I play on 120fps. CODM thinks my rog is sony xperia, long story but I managed to make it do it.

You Use Gltool ? If it's other pls tell me too
