Headphones mic is not working.

My headphones mic is not working on rog phone 5, i think it is software related issue. Kindly resolve asap.

You have to try the test with the calculator in safe mode as a last resort, if it still does not work, I think that unfortunately, you will have to do what ARP_ASUS wrote, so the service center.

As I have already seen, are you absolutely sure that you did not deny permission in an application that uses speakers and microphones?

Phones mic is working perfectly but headphones mic is not working, i have tried everything from changing headphones to resetting phone but nothing works. I think it is software bug in latest build.
