Exclusive function for Ultimate series is not working after motherboard replacement

Hi guys. Recently, my rog phone 5 Ultimate died and got motherboard replacement. After the replacement had completed, I checked the phone and found that the rear touch option for Air trigger in game genie were missing and monochrome lighting at the rear LED not working as well. My thought is It look like the service center replace some wrong parts in the motherboard. I have contacted the service center in my area already. Need some advice or opinion for the case.
